WHAT IS THE ENERGY ? 

                If we want to define energy, which means "ERKE" in Turkish, in the sense of science; We express it as the ability to do business. What is the ability to do this job? While defining energy is such a simple sentence, it is actually difficult to understand. From the moment we grasp the importance of nutrition, we learn that living things need energy in order to survive. In order for our organs to work; We need the energy we get from food in order to walk and talk, even while sleeping or eating. If a living creature cannot be fed sufficiently and cannot get the energy it needs, it cannot perform even the simplest tasks mentioned above. Or consider a state-of-the-art technological gadget. The first device that comes to your mind is either a car or our phones that have almost turned into an organ. You can do anything with those tools all day long. But at the end of the day, when their energy runs out, they won't be able to reciprocate your effort. That is why the only condition for a living or non-living being to do any job is energy. Energy is '' THE ABILITY TO DO BUSINESS ''.

     Until recent years, man has obtained the energy he needs from ways that harm nature. However, nature obtains its energy needs in a sustainable way. Considering the principles of biomimicry inspired by nature, it is essential to be sustainable. In this case;

1) Non-renewable

2) Renewable

It is possible to examine them as energy sources.

   NON-RENEWABLE ENERGY SOURCES

Primary sources are also called conventional energy sources in the sense of classical, customary or traditional.

The main thing here is that these energy sources are RUNNING OUT. They are also commonly known as fossil fuels. Coal, oil and natural gas are among these resources. In addition to these, nuclear sources such as uranium and thorium take their place here.

  RENEWABLE ENERGY SOURCES

They are energy sources that regenerate themselves at the same rate as the amount used or faster than the depletion rate of the resource.

The main point here is that these energy resources are NOT ENDING.

Solar energy, Wind energy, Hydraulic (hydroelectric) energy, Geothermal energy, Biomass energy, Hydrogen energy, Wave energy, Tidal energy are renewable energy sources.
