"World Pi Day Celebration News " of Our Project has been published on NASA's Education Website!!!
Pi Day is considered a special commemoration of the famous mathematical constant pi and is celebrated annually on 14 March. Pi gets its name from the symbol π, which is the first letter of the word environment in Greek. And we use it quite often in mathematical calculations. Pi is the ratio of a circle's circumference to its diameter. Pi number does not change depending on whether the circle is big or small.
Our students in the HI-NATURE eTwinning Project, who are continuing their studies, celebrated the 14th of March World Pi Day under the leadership of the Nature-Math Team. In this context, our students carried out the pi day activities published by NASA, in the light of the sky theme the project was working on in February, and also learned about space studies. NASA's educational website, where we send the visual of our activity, has published our event visual.
